NDR<p>Ein neues Pilotprojekt in Niedersachsen will die Verteilung von Geflüchteten verbessern. </p><p>Statt nur nach Quote sollen die Bedürfnisse der Geflüchteten, ihre beruflichen Qualifikationen und die Voraussetzungen in den Kommunen berücksichtigt werden.
