I'm making small strides at work to get the social media team to consider open social platforms in whatever little baby steps I can. The first was nudging them to add Bluesky, Threads and Mastodon to the share cards on our website.

Today, we created a Bluesky account and are using our domain name as a handle.

It's a start. I'll take it.

I pause to recommend turning Fediverse Sharing on Threads because it adds some limitations and throws scary messages up for the team.
