Das <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://social.bund.de/@bmbf_bund" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>bmbf_bund</span></a></span> bindet in seiner Definition OEP an OER, ich sehe das nicht so eng.
