Nur weil der Abschnitt zu Scanning erstmal aufgeschoben wurde bis er “technisch möglich” ist heißt das nicht das keine Lösung ins Haus stehen.

Ofcom conceded that the spy clause - scanning everyone's private messages on their devices - would only be used when it is technologically feasible to not undermine encryption. It seems to me that if #ChatControl were to eventually pass in the EU (which I hope it never will), then client-side scanning auto-magically becomes "technologically feasible". So we're on a slippery slope that might become a landslide.
