Erik<p>Since I've mostly heard more than two decades old Government Alpha, I was quite curious when I picked up this brand-new CD on his Xerxes label, titled "Apophenia" — meaning, "the tendency to perceive meaningful connections between unrelated things." A rather curious title for a noise CD. </p><p>He is still super-loud, but it feels more composed and well... fancy. Not necessarily better, and certainly not worse.
