idea: what if all spirit games were played in DC? no away games?
not for me, for biscuit and bobbi

Great choices!
Agree on: ACFC, Gotham (tho more a three way tie between Purce, Sonnett and Lavelle), Houston, KC, Louisville, NC, Orlando, San Diego
I prefer:
Bay FC: Rudy Kundananji
Chicago: Sam Staab
Seattle: Lynn Biyendolo
Portland: Sam Coffey
Utah: Ally Sentnor
Washington: Aubrey Kingsbury
IDK how you'd look this up, but when was the last time two CBs were subbed in a match? The Spirit had to thanks to international minutes on McKeown/Morgan/Bernal but it left only three subs for attackers and outside backs and is probably part of why so many players had issues with cramps #NWSL
According to someone on reddit section C6 sang 4 Non Blondes "What's Up" at Jona which is just perfect
Post game updates:
- Croix stayed down for several minutes after the final whistle but got up and was walking on her own.
- Jaedyn came over to Croix while she was down, then was signing things for fans between post match wind sprints. She's a good egg and I want only the best for her, but am glad she didn't have her comeback game against us.
- Adrian got huge cheers postgame and even climbed into the stands. Jona seemed hesitant but did come over to sign stuff eventually (no boos)
gorgeous tifo by gotham fans. alas the game has not been gorgeous (for them, kansas city it enjoying it)
I know it's swans because of the swan boats but it's funny to me they picked the most beautiful and vicious bird. A swan would absolutely get a first half red card if it tried to play soccer.

Utah and Louisville trying to make up for all the goals we missed out on last week
Sears heard us talking about her stock dropping with the US and was like: excuse
Wow, great interception by O'Kane followed by an absolute banger by Sears
'...goalkeeper Aubrey Kingsbury said on Friday that, "I think we can all kind of understand this is a good solution for everyone involved."'
How? What exactly is losing one of the best coaches in the world, halfway through the season, solving for the team?
The press conference was cut short to limit questions. It's like they want us to think that something is messed up behind the scenes.
absolutely love tobin & christen's take on female athletes changing their last names
