@Nonilex I was being sexually harassed at my job as an electronic assembler where I was the only woman on the team. He would run his hands down my arms, get right up behind me and encircle me when my hands were full, take tools right out of my hands and call me sweatheart always.

When I complained my boss would say, no one else has complained. I Well I AM complaining. Nothing.

#MeToo was 2 months later. He never looked me in the eye ever again.

Dipshit was fired 6 months later.

The case was a test of the legacy of the #MeToo movement that faded from the spotlight as other, comporting #SocialJustice & political movements – including racial justice – took center stage.

#HarveyWeinstein did not testify in his defense at trial, which he has attended in a wheelchair from custody in a Manhattan hospital where he was being treated for leukemia. As in the previous trials, he denied the allegations, saying he believed the interactions w/his accusers were consensual.

Remember, this case is about sexual harassment in the workplace. Lively promoted this film as contracted and all the female actresses stopped following Baldoni online and supported her during promotions. Check the promotion photos.

AP News · Judge dismisses Justin Baldoni's $400M defamation suit against Blake LivelyA judge has dismissed the lawsuit that Justin Baldoni filed against his “It Ends With Us” costar Blake Lively after she sued him for sexual harassment. The ruling is the latest development in the bitter legal battle surrounding the film. Lively sued Baldoni in late December. Baldoni then sued Lively and her husband, “Deadpool” actor Ryan Reynolds, accusing them of defamation and extortion. The judge ruled that Baldoni can’t sue Lively for defamation over claims she made in her lawsuit, because allegations made in court are exempt from libel claims. And the judge ruled that Baldoni’s claims that Lively stole creative control of the film didn’t count as extortion under California law. Baldoni's lawyers say they will amend the lawsuit.
