They were designed to lose value to encourage spending, circulating up to 12 times faster than conventional money.

Tonight, in Totnes, a dragons' den with a difference. 🐲This time, the community are the dragons - able to help change the face of the local economy and town by investing ££, time or support in an e-car club, a newspaper, culture and food businesses.

It's the 12 Local Entrepreneur Forum hosted the Reconomy Project, a hub aiming to support a strong, resilient and equitable local economy.
