Unfortunately for Miller, he appears in a video on the Project 2025 website entitled
“Project 2025 Presidential Administration Academy.”
Miller addressed the Biden-Harris campaign X account which shared a screengrab of Miller in the video, telling followers on X
“I have never been involved with Project 2025, not one word. But keep hoaxing, losers. Hoaxes are all you have.”
Miller isn’t the only Trump administration official linked to Project 2025.

Leavitt's paper in 1912 titled "Periods of 25 Variable Stars in the Small Magellanic Cloud" laid the foundation for measuring cosmic distances based on the period of variable stars and the observed luminosity.
Earlier parallax based techniques allowed measurement of distances up to few 100 light years. Leavitt's law made the Cepheid variable stars the first "standard candle" in astronomy, allowing scientists to compute distances up to 20 million light years.

As a woman, Leavitt was not permitted to take up the theoretical work that would have enabled her discovery to be put into practice. That activity was reserved for men.
Leavitt's scientific work at Harvard was frequently interrupted by illness and her hearing had started deteriorating before she joined Pickering’s group. She died at the age of 53 from stomach cancer.

Leavitt worked as a research assistant at the Harvard College Observatory, under Edward Pickering, the observatory's director, who had brought together a group of women to catalog all the stars captured on Harvard's photographic plate collection.
These skilled workers, called "computers," were not allowed to operate telescopes, their assignments were to catalog and analyze images. Their analysis led to several major scientific discoveries.
