Der Text ist ein wirklich Verbesserung im Vergleich zu Vorschlägen aus dem Rat.
Allerdings sollten wir uns nicht zu früh freuen in weiteren Verhandlungen mit dem Rat könnten wichtige Errungenschaften fallen.
