Kevin Davy<p>As is common for most autistics I have a gift, or curse, I don't know which, of really being able to see patterns and, in my case, patterns within patterns. As purely an outsider looking in (I'm a Brit, OK, live with it) there are certain patterns emerging from America that are quite dark and really quite horrible. </p><p> From my own experience, I know that those who come from money and then go on to make even more money tend, although not always, to develop an attitude of seeing their success as justifying their higher status and right to be above others. They don't see the privilege, or that so much of their success has come from being able to leverage that privilege, for them, that is just how the world works. They just tend to see those who've they've profited from, merely as sheeple who have flocked readily to be fleeced and who are therefore less worthy of governance, and respect, by that fact. That their wealth is the proof of their own virtue and superiority. An attitude which, of course, is further exaggerated by the circles they keep and the reinforcement it gets. For such a mind, it is not a huge step to believe that are far more worthy of being in charge, than anyone else. That, in fact, the world would be better if they were. </p><p> So much of American history, and the basis of its nationhood, is based on religious intolerance and the concept that wealth determines rights and power. That the powerless, the slaves and the indentured, and the poor, are there to support this and that it is only right that they are. That only the powerful and those with any sort of wealth should have a say. For a certain mind, and especially those that cling to the more extreme, white based, male, and protestant religions, this is the golden age they look back on and wish to bring back.</p><p> Given this, and having found the perfect, and desperate, idiot in the current President.</p><p> The tariff war and initially pissing off the two neighbours who could have helped to mitigate much of it, makes sense. It isolates America to the full effect of the war and the economic hardship that will result. The economic powers behind this do not care about this because they are in a position to further their own wealth, either by what they can make from the devastation of America, or the fact their wealth is international. But, also, because whatever this may cost them is a small price to pay, to end up with a work force that is so desperate that they will put up with even the harshest and most dangerous work conditions imaginable, just to keep going. Which is also why all the safety nets and health and safety agencies are getting the axe. And which will also provide an underclass that has little or no means of escaping, other than the routes supplied to them by their masters. </p><p> Control of the traditional media and of social media, further isolates and indoctrinates people to this new reality. The destruction of the tourism industry, as much through the lack of safety controls on the industry and it's impact, is also aimed at isolating people from outside awareness and knowledge, especially, given the way white women travelling together, or alone, seem to be a common target, the reality of women in the world. Because the ongoing war on women's rights and liberation, seems to be a big part of so much of what is going on. Hardly surprising from the white, male, viewpoint that dominates this.</p><p> Giving healthcare into the hands of a complete nut job, will mean that sooner, or later, the rest of the world will have to take action and protect themselves from the plagues and diseases running rampant and further isolate America. And that in doing so what actual health care there is becomes the province of the elite and that the diseased (the <a href="https://beige.party/tags/autistic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>autistic</span></a>, <a href="https://beige.party/tags/trans" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>trans</span></a>, <a href="https://beige.party/tags/immigrants" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>immigrants</span></a> and whatever else group they choose) will become the targets to be used. Especially once all the actual science, knowledge and those capable of it, have been controlled and dwelt with. Which will leave carrot, what health care there is, for good behaviour and obedience. </p><p> To be honest, I'm not even sure I've seen half of it yet. But, the pattern emerging is horrible enough and for once I really hope that not only am I hopelessly wrong, but that events will prove it all pointless anyway.</p>
