Druid 🏴<p>I'm currently doing an <a href="https://toot.wales/tags/ITIL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ITIL</span></a> 4 Foundation course. I've done it before but for an older version. The thing I really don't like is how very subtle the difference can be between a correct and incorrect answer. It's especially true for the exam questions. I'm sure anyone that's done it will know what I mean. I've also got patching to do tomorrow night so not sure if I'll do the exam tomorrow or wait a day or two. Will see how the day works out. Off to bed now to dream about the Service Value Chain.</p>
