I hate that I have to resort to doing this.... but I really need some help, any help whatsoever... if you can, please help.

I'm 28, and I'm an unemployed and neurodivergent trans woman, and I feel completely incapable of having a job.
I've been living in mainland Portugal (was from the islands) for a little over 4 months now. I still am not able to get any unemployment or disability benefits, as I believe I should. every day is really hard, everything is a huge chore. I'm working on getting diagnosis for my issues, and I'm on a wait-list for a psychiatrist.

I literally cannot work, I'm suffering even more lately because I lost my partner and best friend of the past 5+ years, and that means I no longer have a significant other who can help me financially, and I'm feeling really lost and desperate. I'm really really afraid of running out of money. I've only been spending money on food and not much else at all, and it's definitely not going to last me another whole month...

if you can, please donate any amount. I'm just trying to cover cost-of-living expenses: bills, (I think it's only my phone carrier rn) medication, (more than 40€ a month), and as I said, food.

I don't have any specific goal in mind, but I think I spent around 300€ on food last month.
and every single little thing I can't predict (like the 70€ I had to spend at the dentist 2 weeks ago...) makes me wonder if I'm going to literally not have food to eat soon.
