Does the evaluation report give you a clearer picture and maybe some encouragement, tho?</p><p>(I'm assuming someone has conducted a solid evaluation semi-recently.)</p><p>I've done many studies where it seemed like people weren't reading based on anecdotal observations, but it turned out that many visits did or were otherwise engaging in materials in ways aligned with goals and objectives.
