After more than a year of hearing them call and seeing fleeting glimpses as they jumped away in panic, we finally found a frog at the frog pond who was patient enough to pose for us. We couldn't get too close without sinking in the muck, but this is the best shot I got of the brave wood frog (𝘓𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘺𝘭𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘴):
