Nessuna barriera, nessuna volontà discriminatoria può fermare la nostra voglia di autogestirci e fare festa. Per info: </em><a href="https://www.facebook.com/teknoantirep" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"><em>Tekno AntiRep</em></a></p><p>[IT]</p><p>Il 12 aprile 2025, la cultura del free-party farà sentire la sua voce nelle maggiori città francesi con una grande manifestazione. La nostra libertà fondamentale di fare festa è minacciata, in un momento in cui l’estrema destra si sta diffondendo in modo contagioso nella nostra società.</p><p>A gennaio 2025, nel dipartimento dell’Hérault, in Francia, è stato emanato un decreto prefettizio che vieta i free party e il trasporto di strumentazione sonora per tutto l’anno.</p><p>Allo stesso tempo, un membro dell’Assemblea nazionale francese sta preparando un progetto di legge per elevare le sanzioni per la partecipazione a un evento non dichiarato da contravvenzioni a delittuose.</p><p>Nel 2024 si è avuto più di 50 sequestri di strumentazione audio (il 56% dei free party erano con meno di 500 persone), una valanga di decreti prefettizi (quasi ogni settimana) e la scomparsa/ distruzione di strumentazione senza alcuna spiegazione.</p><p>Da più di 30 anni siamo stati sottoposti a una repressione violenta, abusiva e ora anche finanziaria, che preannuncia un futuro oscuro per le nostre libertà. Non resteremo in silenzio di fronte a questi tentativi di dissuasione perché, come sapete, siamo particolarmente bravi a fare rumore.</p><p>Denunciamo le misure liberticide estremamente preoccupanti adottate dai rappresentanti eletti.</p><p>Denunciamo il tentativo di far estinguere la nostra cultura, la cultura tekno, che esiste su scala internazionale e promuove valori altruistici come l’inclusione, la tolleranza e l’autogestione.</p><p>Denunciamo un racket statale sui free party, che vale milioni di euro.</p><p>Denunciamo un aumento della violenza contro i nostri giovani, le nostre famiglie e i nostri anziani, il cui unico torto è stato quello di ballare. Ci rammarichiamo della risposta repressiva del nostro governo ai nostri tentativi di comunicazione.Questo evento vuole essere storico, quindi contiamo sulla vostra presenza il 12 aprile 2025 nelle nostre strade. Notre liberté fondamentale de festoyer est aujourd’hui mise en danger, à l’heure-même où l’extrême-droite se répand contagieusement dans notre société.</em></p><p>En janvier 2025, un arrêté préfectoral a été prononcé dans l’Hérault, interdisant les fêtes libres et le transport de matériel sonore et ce, toute l’année durant.</p><p><em>Parallèlement, une députée de l’Assemblée nationale est en train de préparer une proposition de texte de Loi afin de faire passer les amendes pour participation à un événement non déclaré, de contraventionnelle à délictuelle.</em></p><p>2024, c’est plus 50 saisies de matériel de sonorisation (dont 56 % de free à moins de 500 personnes), une avalanche d’arrêtés préfectoraux (quasiment toutes les semaines), et des disparitions/destructions de matériel sans explications.</p><p><em>Depuis plus de 30 ans nous subissons une répression violente, abusive et désormais financière, annonçant un avenir noir pour nos libertés.</em></p><p><strong>Nous ne resterons pas silencieux.ses face à ces tentatives de dissuasion, car, vous le savez, nous sommes particulièrement doué.e.s pour faire du bruit.</strong></p><p>Nous dénonçons des mesures liberticides extrêmement inquiétantes de la part des élu.e.s,</p><p>Nous dénonçons une tentative d’extinction de notre culture, la culture tekno, qui existe à l’échelle internationale et promeut des valeurs altruistes comme l’inclusivité, la bienveillance et l’autogestion.</p><p><strong>Nous dénonçons un racket étatique sur le dos de la fête libre, qui se compte en millions d’euros.</strong></p><p><strong>Nous dénonçons une aggravation de la violence sur nos jeunes, nos familles, nos aînés, dont les seuls torts ont été de danser.</strong></p><p>Nous regrettons la réponse répressive de la part de notre gouvernement face à nos tentatives de communication</p><p>Cette manifestation se veut historique, alors nous comptons sur votre présence le 12 avril 2025 dans nos rues.
