Jelle Haandrikman<p>Today we published Release 2 of the Tanmatsu 3D mechanical parts. These consist of the 3D printed case, spacer and speaker_adapter. This release entails a complete re-implementation in FreeCAD 1.0.1 It's for the revision 1, 2 and 3 of the Tanmatsu. I struggled a lot less than what I initially feared to properly « raise » the 2D drawings into proper 3D stuff.<br>Quite happy with the results (more than 100 printed of each type).</p>

But now I feel quite fluent designing in FreeCAD. I think that Darren Stone ("MangoJelly") has really enabled new users by his short, approachable tutorials that don't assume you have watched everything he's ever produced, in order...</p><p>These paddles feel like <a href="https://social.makerforums.info/tags/FreeCADFriday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FreeCADFriday</span></a> material!</p><p>Have you thought about posting STEP or even FCStd files as well as the STLs?</p>
