Many years ago I visited #detroit and ended up in some suburbs. There you will see how the collapse of production in the #USA destroyed entire communities. The blunt effect of #tariffs probably won't fix that, but #Trump is right to try to bring jobs back. Assuming that is actually what he wants. Vast swathes of people in the #USA and #Europe lost jobs that enabled them to gain an economic foothold once financialisation and #imports took over. #EuropeFirst too!

Those jets need a TON of maintenance and parts to keep flying. They need the Intel to find their targets which can only be fed to them using #US controlled systems.

Sadly, I always thought #Trump would win, I had a brief flurry of optimism in the last few days that #Harris would win. But many #Trump supporters probably did not want to say they were voting for him. In addition many #Democrats could not be bothered to turn out and vote.
We need to respect the result and work with the #USA where we can, but now it is time to put #EuropeFirst and move on.
There is no point in hating #Trump or the American people, it will achieve nothing.
I may not support #Trump but I respect the decision of the people of the #USA and we all should as well. I wish the #USA and its new Government well. But I put #EuropeFirst, which means that I will now ONLY care about what is good for Europe. I hope Europe and the USA can have a good relationship.
