This 68-page document proposes and details an action plan to position open source software as a pillar of the Union's strategy for strengthening its technological autonomy vis-à-vis non-European players.</p><p>The report starts by noting Europe's dependence in the cloud, edge and IoT sectors, and proposes 70 actions to try to remedy the situation.
