Bob Tregilus<p>I visited the Green River Rendezvous in Pinedale, Wyoming, today. Looks like Sunday's Mountain Man pageant is going to be really cool! In the back of the rodeo arena, in what appears to be the old arena, they've erected a backdrop that looks like an old frontier fort. There's 7-8 tepees setup. And, I'm told, a ton of folks show up in full buckskins, Natives in regalia, & horses, to reenact what an 1840s fur trapper's rendezvous may have looked like. oldguy52 - resist, live, love<p>Yesterday's volunteer work day was brutally hot, but we managed to get through most of the third cutting of the wisteria in the heat. With a WBGT maxing out at 90 (heat index of 102 with no breeze), it just about finished us too. Not bad for a bunch of old geezers in their 70s.
