Umm, I'm me. I teach <a href="https://mastodon.lawprofs.org/tags/CivPro" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CivPro</span></a> and <a href="https://mastodon.lawprofs.org/tags/FederalCourts" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FederalCourts</span></a> at Duquesne Kline School of Law in <a href="https://mastodon.lawprofs.org/tags/Pittsburgh" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Pittsburgh</span></a>. Before that, I was an <a href="https://mastodon.lawprofs.org/tags/appellate" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>appellate</span></a> attorney at Reed Smith. And before that I was an English Literature professor. Perhaps unsurprisingly, I write about that stuff. I'm also working with students right now to create a Civ Pro game.</p>
