Nach dem Zusammenrühren des Teiges ruht dieser für 24 Stunden und wird nur ab und zu gedehnt und gefaltet.</p><p>Morgens dann Ofen einschalten, Seelen abziehen, nach Wunsch bestreuen, einschießen, schwaden, warten und fertig…</p><p>;-)</p>

Ich arbeite mit einer Metallschüssel, Handschuhen und einem Schaumlöffel. Nach dem Laugen kommt die Lauge zurück in den Kanister und kann so mehrfach benutzt werden.</p>

Der wird mit vorgeheizt und beim Einschießen mit Wasser aus der Spritze "befüllt". Nach dem Rezept von Lutz Geißler aus dem Buch "Brot backen in Perfektion mit Hefe".</p><p>Absolut gelingsicher!</p><p>Schmeckt super sowohl mit süßem als auch mit salzigem Brotaufstrich…</p>

Die gibt es häufig bei uns, wenn es schnell gehen muss. </p><p>Kein Brühstück, kein Kochstück.</p><p>Einfach den Teig zusammen mischen, 24 h stehen lassen, ab und zu dehnen und falten und am nächsten Morgen Brötchen formen, Stückgare und backen. </p><p>Lecker, lecker, lecker!</p>
