I wonder if Bookwyrm or book clubs are for me.

I don't want to track what I read. It's deeply personal. And just because I read something doesn't mean I liked something. I want reading to remain that cozy shelter I go to whenever I want, to feel whatever I want, alone.

But I also read my favorite books after asking recommendations and talking about what I like. Nothing as broad as a genre. I talked about what I wanted to feel. What I liked in other books.

🎉 Blog-Update: Von #Ghost zu #WriteFreely gewechselt! 🎉

edit: RISOLTO (vedi commenti) 🙂👍🏻

I'm slowly moving from GoodReads to @bookwyrm Lots of books wasn't imported automatically, so I... kinda check everything. I have to admit, I really, really miss ability to consolidate books and authors: I often notice that books with many editions are split into several edition sets and that famous authors like Terry Pratchett has multiple "copies" each with different books.

@AudeCaussarieu @Daniii

Bookwyrm — One Month In

A month ago, I wrote that I would like to try Bookwyrm (#Bookwyrm: a social network for tracking your reading, talking about books). Now, one month and three books later, it might be a good time to write about my first impressions.

OpenLibrary?!

There are definitely some arguments to use Bookwyrm and related services. With related I mean the OpenLibrary: openlibrary.org/! An Open Data […]

Hey #Bookwyrm buffs,

I need some help with two problems

The first problem was that I noticed that I had duplicated books on my "shelf". I thought, let's just sort the books by title and try to fix this. This exposed the second problem

How does sorting by title work in @bookwyrm ? Does it work at all?

At first, I thought it's errors in the "sort title" field but no, all I checked were correct.

When I came back to the list right now, the order has changed

Any tips on how to get the sorting right and how to remove the duplicates?
