Emily King<p>I've been gifted a very nice Russell Hobbs bread maker.</p><p>However, all the recipes that come with it ask for sugar and I'm a bit worried about adding sugar in the amounts asked for in something that kiddo and I will be eating. Tom<p>A plain old loaf that turned out ok after realizing the salt was missing after proofing it. Fixed that, it was pretty wet so it worked, came out ok. Last time was a brick because my starter was sick but it's been nursed back to good health now.</p><p>Baked on the pellet grill at 450F/230C for 35 minutes. Nika<p>Baked a sweet yeast bread. It can be sliced or pulled apart. It has barely sugar in it so it tastes well with sweet or savoury toppings. <br>I portioned the dough in six pieces, formed a ball and flatten it to a rectangle. Luke Kanies<p>I’ve learned just enough about bread making to know there’s not really any such thing as a bread recipe.</p><p>“Yeah, totally, this one works every time. I use white and/or wheat flour, water, yeast, and salt, in the proportions that work for the bread I want, maybe mixed with other stuff if I want it.
