Recording Workouts. Did you know that you can record a workout just by using your iPhone? I normally do a couple of little cardio workouts while at work during the day, but today, I left my Apple Watch on its charger at home. So even though I still planned on doing my workouts, I was concerned that they would not count toward my activity rings. But I was wrong! You can add a workout through the Health app! So if this ever happens to you, this is how its done. 1, Open the Health app and go to the browse tab at the bottom of the screen. 2, In the search box, type workout, and hit the search button to the right of the space bar. 3, Double tap on workouts in your search results. 4, To add a workout double tap Add Data. 5, You will have 3 things that you will need to complete. First, there is a pickard where you can choose the type of workout. Next, Enter the approximate number of calories you burned during the workout. And lastly, choose the start date and time, and the end date and time of the workout. 6, Just hit the add button to log the workout! Now you do have to estimate the calories burned, but if you have done the workout before, then you can look at the history in the health and see the calories burned then. So if you happen to forget your Apple Watch, no problem! You can still record those workouts! #Apple #iPhone #Watch #Workouts #Activity #Rings #HelthApp
