The Greens/EFA group in the European Parliament have published a report on age verification. Its conclusion is that age verification is necessary but impossible.

@johnnyryan Where do you see that conclusion? I couldn't find it anywhere. It says "the protection of minors in the online environment is of paramount necessity". That has nothing to do with age verification.
@nemobis I see your point, and reading again, I see that you are right: it does not explicitly say age that verification is necessary.
