Auf meine #Piraten-Klage gegen die freiwillige #Chatkontrolle hat das Landgericht Kiel formalen Gründen leider nicht über deren Zulässigkeit entschieden.
Ich gehe natürlich in die nächste Instanz und sehe der Zerstörung des Grundrechts auf #digitalesBriefgeheimnis nicht einfach zu!

Unfortunately, the Kiel Regional Court of first instance dismissed my lawsuit against #chatcontrol 1.0 for formal reasons without deciding on its legality. @echo_pbreyer Even if Messenger users activate E2EE (and when it becomes default for all users), Meta will likely still be processing metadata about their private communications in a general and indiscriminate manner.
