This weird language can be found in the original German text, too. Probably because Bavaria and Hesse were the first German federal states to buy from Palantir (giving them access to their databases), and Bavaria is offering help rolling it out nationwide.

Bavaria opens the door to the Orange Americas Palantir and I am sure, he will be very happy about that. Cause if one day, Russia wants to invade other European States (and they surely will), the US will voluntarily assist them with the help of American Data collectors like Palantir....the Orange hates Europe....but hey, here they are! All of our health datas, pls feel free to grab them...
