@tymoty In fairness, I never tell people to just vote, I always tell them that if they care about the EU they should never vote for the EPP or anyone to their right (with caveats for specific local cases, Slovakia etc.)

But no, to me being internally functional IS a pre-condition. We're not and until we reform and get a proper fiscal union, get rid of the veto, arm ourselves properly, etc etc etc that's where my efforts to talk to normies about the EU will go.
